Each pull request review draws credits from your plan balance. Credits are consumed when the review runs, not when it is scheduled or queued.
One credit is one cent. Credits are money you spend on reviews, so the balance on your plan is worth exactly what it says: no conversion tricks and no separate credit currency to reason about.
Reviews start as low as $1. A higher effort level buys a more thorough review of higher quality, so it spends more credits. The size and complexity of the pull request also move the figure within a level.
Yes. Every seat's monthly credits land in one shared balance, so a quiet week on one repository pays for a busy week on another and nobody runs out while the team still has credits left.
Yes. Additional credit packs can be purchased at any time from your billing dashboard. You can also switch on automatic top-ups and let Vetoo buy them for you. Credit prices are before VAT.
Included plan credits never expire and there is no monthly reset. Purchased credits stay valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
You get warned in the app first, and once your balance runs too low, reviews pause until you top up. You can also turn on automatic top-up in the app so it normally does not come to that.
